Le 6 novembre 1960, Jean Boulet, accompagné du mécanicien Robert Malus, réussit le plus haut atterrissage en montagne pour hélicoptère en posant sur un sommet de l’Himalaya, une Alouette III SE 3160 F-ZWVR N° 002 à 6005 mètres.
